Home working still needs to be healthy.

Now that many of us are working from home, and with the possibility of it becoming a permanent arrangement for many of us, how to stay healthy is becoming one of the many concerns. It’s a well known fact that home workers ring in sick less and do more hours. It’s something about not being visible in an office. Home workers feel a degree of “guilt” almost and that they are under the spotlight. If you have a set break time make sure you stick to it anc come away from the desk.

There is also an issue and debate about what that breaktime entails. For example on the one hand if you’re not in the office that little trip to Greggs or Pret is not going to be an option so that will help the waistline. However, being at home means that you can always pick up a little something from the cupboard. What you need to make sure is that you fill that cupboard with healthy ones and not chocolate. Also, make sure you still go for that lunch break walk, even if it’s just around the garden.
